Our Story
Tabitha Jones Bakery was started because of the need for good, gluten-free/dairy-free homemade baked goods. The types of foods that I grew up with.
My son and I were diagnosed with Celiac Disease about two years ago. He has also had a dairy allergy since birth. It was a long process to get that diagnosis and many times we wondered if it was really worth it. But here we are healthier and happier. My son is a very selective eater. I wanted to give him more variety in his diet so we got out the family recipes and started playing with them. We are constantly trying new items. I want them to taste as close to what I grew up with as possible. My taste testers are of all ages and of different diets. Many are individuals that do not eat a specific diet, particularly a gluten free one. I feel that if they can't tell it is gluten free than I am on to a good thing.
We look forward to hearing your input, because we are always looking to make our products better and add more products to our line.
At Tabitha Jones Bakery, we use bakery products that are free of wheat, barley, rye, and dairy as well as added colors or flavors.
